KIU provides opportunity for students to select one of two financial plans to pay for their courses of studies. These payment plans were developed to meet the need of each and every student.
We at KIU ask that you pray and seek the Lord as to how He would want you to pay for your education. As the Lord has called you, He will open the doors for you financially. Be faithful if God directs you to step out in faith and be a blessing to KIU, by accepting Plan "A".
PLAN "A" - 100% Payment of course, tuition and fees upon registration.
PLAN "B" - Personalized Payment Plan: A payment plan personalized
and developed between the KIU and the
student.
Tuition and Fees
Application Fee: $100.00 (Nonrefundable)
Tuition Fees per Credit Hour: $ 50.00
Material Fees (per Course): $ 25.00 (Some courses may require
additional fees) - (Nonrefundable)
Evaluation of Program
with Prior Learning Credits: $ 50.00 (Nonrefundable)
Prior Learning Credits: $ 15.00 per credit hour
(before credits added to transcript just prior
to graduation.)
Practicum/Internships: Fees may vary as to the specific internship & degree plan
Graduation Fee: $ 125.00 (after completion of last course)

Refund Policy
1. If a student withdraws from College in writing within three days of the date his/her application for a course is received. KIU will refund all tuition fees.
2. There will be no refunds on Nonrefundable fees.
Transcripts
Transcripts are sent only to the student or to another institution at the student's written request. Official transcripts are sent only to another institution, not to the student. Transcripts will be provided for a fee of $5.00 each "Transfer of credits from this institutions is at the discretion of the receiving institution."
Credit Information
There are four ways to earn credit at KIU

1. Transfer Credit
- IU will evaluate and accepts in transfer all completed courses passed at any approved institution, with at least a "C" average. These courses will be evaluated and recorded on the official transcript. When possible they will be applied to courses required for a specific degree.
2. Prior Leaning Credit
a. KIU awards credit for Prior learning credits that are properly documented and evaluated by the administration.
b. KIU integrates life experience and practical knowledge into a student's current educational program. Up to 25% of required hours can be applied to the Bachelor's Degree.
3. Course Offerings.
Distance learning: provides the opportunity to take courses in the privacy of one's home and to operate at one's own pace.
